Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include gift cards. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
• Items with obvious signs of use.
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

The return address is set by default to the Positiv facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks. If Positiv's facility isn't used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

All products are shipped out after fulfillment. We take about 2-7 business days to create and fulfill apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are misprinted/damaged/defective. For more information, Please contact us at @positivco.com and we will do our best to help out.
We do apologize you received damaged products. There are a handful of reasons why that might have happened. It could be a manufacturer's error or damaged during shipping. If you received a damaged or defected item, we always take full responsibility and provide a free replacement.

Kindly please send a photo of the damaged goods to support@positivco.com, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
